Empowerment. Leadership. Inspiration.

Named in honor of Eli Lapkin, The E.L.I. (Change Maker) Award is presented annually to that young change maker (under 19) who, through World of Change, Exemplifies Leadership that Inspires others to serve others. Award winners are provided the opportunity to designate a $1,000 grant to the nonprofit of their choosing. Hands On Tzedakah helped launch this initiative, which is now generously sponsored by the award's namesake, Eli Lapkin.
